LOGBIRD is designed with privacy in mind. All your travel records, journal settings, and generated content are stored locally on your device. No account, login, or backend database is required. We do not collect, read, or store your personal entries or photos on any external servers.

The "All-Journey Export" feature is unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. All payment and transaction information is handled by Apple and your App Store account.

We use RevenueCat to validate entitlements and restore purchases. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user ID and transaction details solely for this purpose. No travel content, journal entries, or identifying information are shared with RevenueCat.

When you share or save images, PDFs, or backup files, the app uses your device's native share sheet. You choose the destination, and the content is sent directly from your device. We do not receive or store shared content.

When you contact us via the contact form, we collect information such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiries or to provide the developer information required by law. We do not share this personal information with third parties or use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

Our service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The app relies on the following third-party services for specific functions:

• Apple App Store — in-app purchase processing and account management.
• RevenueCat — purchase validation and restore.
• Google Forms — contact form hosting (only when you choose to contact us).

Each provider handles data according to its own privacy policy.

Your download and use of LOGBIRD on iOS is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

The "All-Journey Export" is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. Once purchased, it is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option or the App Store.

Prices are set by Apple in each region and may change. The displayed price at the time of purchase applies.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app, replacing the device, or clearing the app's storage may result in losing your travel logs. Please use the "Backup (Export)" feature regularly to keep your memories safe.

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com). The App Store refund policy applies, and the developer cannot issue refunds directly.
